Master Grower, Graham Ferrell, has been in the Christmas tree business for over 40 years. A native of Raleigh, NC, Graham moved to the mountains of Avery County in the early '70s and went to work in the tree fields, learning to care for hundreds of acres of Fraser Fir, tree by tree. Through the early days of year round hard work, Graham stuck with it and before long was playing a key role in overseeing the growing and distribution of hundreds of thousands of trees each year. Now retired, he enjoys sitting on the porch picking his guitar or taking a walk in the woods to one of his favorite fishing holes. With the help of his wife, Mary, and son, Andy, he is excited to be back in the business, this time on a more local level than ever before, offering trees grown on the family's property on a choose and cut basis to patrons and friends from any and all walks of life. That's what we call Christmas spirit!
