Picking your tree from our field of hand tended beauties is a great start to setting you up for a deep green Christmas that will last the whole holiday season through. Here are a few tips to getting the most out of your tree once you get home.

Get your tree into its stand and the stand filled with cool water as soon as you get home.

Keep the stand filled with water, especially in the first 24 hours. Your tree will absorb up to a gallon of water in the first few days, so it is especially critical to keep it well watered during this initial time period.

Don't put your tree near a heat source as this will dry it out.
