My name is Mary Ferrell. This is my 26th year teaching technology/computer/media courses in the College of Education and my 10th year with Adult Basic Skills Institute. Prior to teaching at ASU, I taught biology, computers, and math at Watauga High School in Boone to at risk students. I enjoy kayaking, hiking, biking, swimming, and tennis. I also travel to adventurous places whenever possible! I have a 24-year old son, Andy, who is a career musician and I live in Boone with my husband, Graham.
